Privacy policy
This page describes what happens to the data you fill in the inquiry form on this site. It does not cover data we process for customers inside the UNISpis pro školy application — that is governed by a separate data processing agreement.
Who processes the data
The data controller is UNISpis s.r.o., company ID 29725411, registered office Vídeňská 841, 339 01 Klatovy, Czech Republic. For anything concerning personal data, reach us at info@unispis.cz.
What data and why
We process only what you fill in the form yourself, and solely to handle your request and reply to you:
- Full name and e-mail — required, otherwise we have nobody to reply to.
- Organisation name, phone and organisation size — optional, they help us tailor the demo.
- Message text — what you write to us.
- Date and time of sending the request and the site it came from.
Along with the inquiry we also send how you reached the website — the address of the first page you opened, the referring site and the campaign tags in the link (e.g. utm_source or a Google ad click identifier). It tells us which ad or page brought the inquiry. None of this is stored in your browser — the website keeps it only until you close the page, and it leaves only with the form you send yourself.
We need no further data to handle your inquiry. The verification code (captcha) on the form runs on our own server — so it sends nothing to any third party.
Legal basis
We process the form data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box next to the form. Consent is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time — just write to us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
Who receives the data
The request is stored in our database and e-mailed to our sales colleagues. If you tick Send a copy of the request to my e-mail, a copy also goes to the address you gave. We do not sell the data or pass it to anyone else for their own purposes. For technical operation (hosting and e-mail delivery) we use processors bound by contract; the data stays within the EU.
How long we keep it
We keep the request and the related communication for 3 years from the last contact so that we can return to it. Then we delete it. If you become a customer, further retention is governed by the contract.
Visitor statistics
We count basic visits with Umami, which runs on our own server — no third party learns about your visit through it. It measures even without cookie consent, because it stores nothing in your browser.
Umami stores no cookies — nor anything else — in your browser, and creates no identifier that could link your visits together over time or tie them to you as a person. Besides page views it counts sent inquiries and clicks on the phone number or e-mail. The statistics only ever show:
- the page visited and the time of the visit,
- where you came from — a search engine, a link, or directly,
- country, device type, browser and screen resolution.
The IP address is not stored. It only serves to determine the country and to tell one visit from another, through an irreversible hash that changes regularly — nobody can recover the IP address from it.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in knowing how the site performs and what to improve. If you disagree, write to info@unispis.cz and we will switch the statistics off for you.
Cookies and consent-based measurement
The following third-party tools load only if you consent in the cookie bar. Without consent nothing is sent to their servers and nothing is stored in your browser.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): aggregate traffic statistics, where visitors come from and how many of them send an inquiry.
- Marketing cookies — Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Sklik (Seznam.cz, a.s.): measuring whether a visit from an ad ended with an inquiry, and reminding people who already visited the website of our offer (remarketing).
Google may also process the data in the USA; the transfer is governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which Google has joined. The cookies of these tools last at most 2 years (Google Analytics, Google Ads), or as set by the terms of Seznam.cz (Sklik).
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 89(3) of the Czech Electronic Communications Act). You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the website footer; withdrawing deletes these tools' cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Just write to info@unispis.cz and we will respond within one month at the latest.
If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you may contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
